Grapes

Shine Muscat

It is a popular variety in recent years, and it has been exported in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

High-quality grapes sold at department stores in Japan for about 4,000 to 6,000 yen ( about 150 to 230 MYR) per bunch.

Shine Muscat has an elegant muscat aroma, and the large oval-shaped grains are hard, thick, fleshy and toothy. The sugar content is as high as around 20 degrees, and the acidity is low. It is a variety with a particularly sweet taste among grapes so that the sugar content reaches 25 degrees when it becomes fully sweet. Seed-free cultivation is possible, and the ease with which the peel is thin and can be eaten crisply is also popular.

Kyoho

It is a representative variety of large black grapes.

It has plenty of juice and strong sweetness, and is popular as the "king of grapes".

Apple

Among the fruits of Nagano Prefecture, apples boast the largest cultivation area and production volume. Cultivation beganin 1 874 and is now the second largest production area in Japan, producing 160,000 tons. Because of the long hours of sunshine and the large difference in temperature between day and night, sweet and colorful apples grow.

With a focus on Fuji,the three apples of Nagano's original varieties "Sinano Gold", "Sinano Suite" and "Akibae", which are harvested from October, are popular these days.

Fuji

It has a good taste and excellent storage properties. The variety with the largest production volume. Shipped from January1.

The color changes around the core of the image is called honey, and it is proof that it is ripe.

Akibae

It is an original variety born in Nagano Prefecture, and it is the earliest among the"three apple brothers" and is shipped in early October. The balance of refreshing acidity and sweetness is exquisite, and the crisp texture is popular.

Sinano Suite

It is an original variety born in NaganoPrefecture and is harvested from early October to late October. It is characterized by a rich sweetness with little acidity, and it is a popular variety with plenty of juice and a soft texture.

Sinano Gold

It is the only original variety "Apple Three Brothers" born in Nagano Prefecture with yellow peel. The harvest is mid-October. Crisp texture, strong sweetness and sour accent. It is also excellent in storage.

Peach

Peaches from Nagano Prefecture have a rich taste due to the large temperature difference between day and night.

Harvesting begins in August, and "Hakuho" is shipped from early August to mid-August, and "Kawanakajima Hakutou" and "Golden Peach" are shipped from mid-August to mid-September.

Hakuhou

The fruit is white in ground color, and the red article and blur color the whole surface. The pulp is dense and tight, hardly feeling sour, and the sugar content is sweet and around 12%. It looks similar to Kawanakajima Hakutou.

Kawanakajima Hakutou

A variety cultivated in Kawanakajima-cho, Nagano City. It is a peach that has a high sugar content and a long time coloring with a large ball. When ripening, the pulp and seeds separate and become easier to eat. Harvest from late August to mid-September.

Golden peach

It is a rare peach with a thick meat, and the flesh turns pale yellow. Harvested from late August to early September.

Blueberry

Nagano Prefecture has the largest production volume in Japan.

In Nagano Prefecture, you can make Northern high bush blueberries that can only be grown in cold regions.

Northern highbush blueberries are characterized by large grains, thin peel, high sugar content and juiciness.

It is native to North America, but the latitude of northern Nagano Prefecture is exactly the same as the region where Northern Highbush blueberries are actively grown, so Nagano Prefecture is ideal for growing Northern Highbush blueberries.

Mushrooms

The main line-up is Enoki(Upper side of the photo), Bunasimeji(Bottom of the photo), Eringi(Right side of the photo), and Nameko(Left side of the photo).

More than 60% of domestic Enoki mushrooms are from Nagano Prefecture.
We can also supply other varieties, such as Bailing (Hakurei mushrooms),Yamachatake (kakinoki mushrooms), and Black abalone mushrooms, which are likely not available overseas.

Bailing (Hakurei mushrooms)

It is an edible mushroom similar to Eringi and not only is it regarded as a high-quality food in China, but also used to prevent and treat diseases.

Overall it has a larger body than Eringi, and is characterized by a strong aroma and a chewy texture. β- Rich in glucans.

Yamachatake (kakinoki mushrooms)

Also known as "Brown Enoki", it is a native species of Enoki that has good taste, texture, and aroma.

Compared to the regular White Enoki (Enoki mushrooms) that you often see, it has recently attracted attention due to its strong sweetness and good texture.

Ideal for stir-frying such as sautéing.

Black abalone mushrooms

This mushroom can be harvested in the subtropical region with high temperatures and humidity. The appearance is black or brown and has a crunchy texture. Since the taste is reminiscent of abalone, it has come to be called Black Abalone mushroom.

Soba (Soba noodle)

With its considerable difference in temperature between day and night, Nagano prefecture is ideal to grow buckwheat noodles. In particular, "Kirishita soba" type. It is said that delicious buckwheat noodles can be grown owing to the fog that suppresses the occurrence of frost in high-cold areas, around 700 m above sea level, where morning fog is usually present.

Buckwheat noodles are mainly made from buckwheat flour and water. Nagano, surrounded by mountains, uses clean and tasty water.

Our product, Togakushi Soba, is widely known, being  one of the three largest soba noodles in Japan.

Since it is sold in the form of dry noodles, long-term storage is possible at room temperature.

Nozawanazuke

“Nazuke” translates to pickles in English.
Nagano's "Nozawa nazuke" is said to be one of the three major pickles in Japan, alongside "Hiroshima nazuke" and "Takanazuke".

The pickles that we sell have been produced without alcohol.
They can be used for various dishes such as rice bowls, pasta, pizza, fried rice, etc.
